Kevin Peters

Kevin Peters recently graduated with his Masters Degree in Instrumental Conducting at Ithaca College where he conducted nearly every major instrumental ensemble, including several performances as the orchestra director with the nationally recognized theater program at Ithaca College. As a graduate student, Kevin authored an article about choosing quality literature for school bands, which was published in May 2013 in the “Winds” magazine, a British wind band publication. Kevin currently works as an artist representative for Arts Management Associates and is the manager and exclusive agent for the Dallas Brass.

Kevin has served as Music Director of the Neenah Community Band and the Ithaca Concert Band. He has conducted many community theater productions, coordinated and directed a summer theater camp, spent six years as Director of Bands at Xavier High School in Appleton, Wisconsin and one year as a music teacher in Ithaca, NY. Kevin attended the Lawrence University Conservatory of Music earning bachelor of music education and trombone performance degrees. Kevin and his wife, a professional singer and choir teacher, now reside in northern Wisconsin with their son Miles, and a chocolate lab, Burt.
